Implementing your Generation21™ Learning Suite efficiently and correctly enables you to receive immediate business value from your training investment. Inmedius strives to ensure that your Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation runs smoothly and effectively from start to finish. Throughout the process, Learning Management Systems (LMS) experts guide you through a chronological flow of milestones. Many steps in the process occur in parallel, resulting in a quicker go-live date.

The Learning Management System (LMS) implementation is not technically difficult and does not require support from consultants. The process is proven, scalable, documented and reliable. Our most successful clients establish a committed client team to provide quick turn-around of implementation-related items, create realistic timetables and expectations and execute efficient planning and active communication.

Other Learning Management Systems (LMS) critical factors are non-technical. Lack of support at the highest levels of a client’s organization can undermine availability of resources, time and focus. Failure to begin with and tailor Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation plans to clear, precise, measurable business results can cause the project to fail or achieve suboptimal success. Overly aggressive timetables can undermine discipline and, if missed, cause frustration. Learning Management System (LMS) modifications must be carefully planned and tested. Imposition of unrealistic schedules is often counterproductive. Most importantly, communication between Inmedius and the client representative must be kept clear and open at all times.

Level 2 product support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Consultation with your assigned Account Manager on subjects related to system usage is available during business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
